Who we are
Hecaton Labs is an operations and AI studio based in the Philippines. We are responsible for the personal data described here. Contact us at hands@hecatonlabs.com.
Contact form
When you send the contact form we collect your name, work email, the problem you selected, and your message. We use it only to reply to you and, if we work together, to run the engagement.
- Messages are delivered to our inbox and stored in a database hosted by Cloudflare.
- Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the form is sent by a person. It does not use cookies for advertising.
- We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond and run our business, then delete them.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It does not set cookies, does not use local storage, and does not fingerprint you. We see totals such as page views and referrers, not individual people.
Your device
If you switch between Day and Night mode, your choice is saved in your browser's local storage so the site remembers it. It never leaves your device.
Who processes your data
- Cloudflare: hosting, analytics, spam protection and form storage.
- Resend: delivering contact form messages to our inbox.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to train AI models.
Your rights and deletion
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email hands@hecatonlabs.com with the subject "Delete my data" from the address you used. We will confirm and act on the request within 30 days. These rights apply under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 and, where relevant, the GDPR.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update this page and the date above.
